We have had our coffeemaker for about a month. We routinely use the Bold feature for our half-caf blend of ground coffee. It makes a nice cup of coffee. A couple of comments. When I raise the hinged lid to air out the water intake area, the open lid is taller than the space under my wall cabinet and the lid interferes with the cabinet doors if I slide the device out from under the wall cabinet. I'm coping but that is worth noting if you're considering buying this. The lid doesn't appear to be removable.

Makes very good coffee, very reasonably priced, and easily programmable. The only thing I would prefer is somehow to be able to fill the reservoir w/o having to pull machine out from under cabinet. But, it is very lightweight, so not a big deal.

I love my 14 cup Cuisinart! I was thoroughly attached to my Hamilton Beech Brew Station, but after 12 yrs it died (and it only made 12 cups). This one makes 14 and it’s great having that extra 2 cups.

It's as if someone asked what could be improved from the previous model and actually listened. It's easier to fill, easier to clean and the clock is easy to see and set. I also like the added bold setting and how the buttons are arranged in a row. The coffee it makes is excellent too.

Makes good coffee. Lid a bit fussy to remove and a little hard to pour water into the unit. My biggest complaint is that it broke after 11months. Cuisinart did supply a free replacement quickly.

The coffee making ability is good - It makes a good cup of coffee, strong, tastes wonderful even without the water filter in it.
We had the pour over style of this coffee maker prior to this one, and the pour over style maker busted about 2 months after having it due to coffee grinds spilling over the coffee grind holder and back into the water reservoir, where it was sucked back into the coffee maker eventually clogging the coffee maker. I didn't look too closely at this 14 cup programmable coffee maker before I bought it and it has a similar pour style of where the water comes out on top over coffee grinds... but the coffee grinds could easily float up and spill over into the water reservoir and then be sucked into coffee maker during a brew. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that doesn't happen - so far so good but I do see coffee grind particles stuck to the holes of where the water comes out during brewing which means the grinds are definitely rising up during the brew and could spill over.
In addition, the clock feature is wonky - it's like it only counts 58 or 59 minutes for every hour so it's constantly moving up in time. I think I reset the time about 2 weeks ago and now the clock reads 30 mins faster than the real time - annoying.
Also the burner temperature is a little too hot for our tastes even when I set it to the lowest temp the coffee is still scorching and I need to let it sit 5 mins+ in a mug before I can drink it. I definitely won't be buying this coffee pot again. Sorry but just my opinion.
