Makes an excellent cup of coffee. The coffee pot lid is a royal pain, instead of flipping up and down you must snap it on and off, also, the filling resavore is in the rear of the coffee maker and requires precise and a steady pour.

Its a good coffee maker, BUT i found it a bit tedious to program,for Auto starting and the rest.
But all in all its a good machine..

We are on our second coffee maker already. I gave this to my husband for Christmas and within two weeks it started to show an error code and would not brew. I took multiple attempts every morning to get it to work. I contacted the vendor I got it from and they sent a new replacement and been using it for a couple days without issue. Hoping that it continues to work for us.

It is very hard to pour the water into the reservoir and not have water all over the counter. The opening seems to narrow/small. Also my coffee pot makes a lot of noise and appears to be very slow in the process of making a pot of coffee.
