This coffee maker makes great coffee, especially if you grind your own coffee beans instead of buying ground coffee. (Please note, this coffee maker does not include a grinder.) The coffee maker is easy to use and to program. The cleaning cycle is helpful and prolongs the life of the machine. We recently bought this coffee maker to replace a similar 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker we used for over 3 years and we are happy with its quality.

Great coffee maker at a reasonable price . I’ve had multiple of these coffee makers . The only negative is they don’t have a long life . I’ve had to replace them more often than I should . They tend to start leaking out of the bottom . Otherwise they make good coffee and coffee stays hot for a good long time

I have been purchasing Cuisinart coffee makers for some time and I enjoy the 14 cup capacity feature with this model. I did have an issue with the carafe dribbling when pouring coffee and the company was quick to send me a replacement carafe which was very appreciated. The new carafe was leak free for a week and then started to dribble like the original which is disappointing. I still love my coffee maker, but I wish there was a way for Cuisinart to design a leak free carafe.

This is our second one of this model, we bought for our getaway cottage. The primary unit is used daily and has been reliable for the first 2 years although we had an issue and got quick warranty fix from Cuisinart. This is why its getting 5 stars as the mfg stands behind their product and is responsive. Will recommend.
