I have owned Cuisinart coffeemakers for years. Unfortunately I returned this one, which I purchased to replace an older one. the plastic piece connecting the lid to the reservoir was loose and shaky, unlike my older coffeemaker. Just not the quality I was used to.

This is my second 14 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker. It is a replacement for my first one that malfunctioned, as a result of a known issue by Cuisinart for this model. I highly recommend contacting Cuisinart if this happens, since they will replace it. Issue aside, this makes excellent coffee.

Not only does this coffeemaker make a great cup of coffee, it also looks fantastic in the process. I bought the dark grey (black?) model. It really helps by saving me a lot of time cleaning up after making a pot of coffee, it is so easy to clean. The other thing that I wanted was the 14 cup capacity of the carafe. Can't miss with this one!

This is an EXCELLENT coffee maker! This is my second one. I love that it has a temperature setting and a Bold setting. Also is a 14 cup carafe! What’s not to like about this coffee maker! I had my first one for 7 years!
