This is my 2nd of this model. I love the 14 cup capacity BUT my first one only lasted 2 years and the new one drips after pouring. Probably will be my last purchase of this model.

I have been very happy with my new 14 cup programmable coffeemaker. I saw some negative reviews but so far have not experienced any of them. No problem with heating plate, opening size fine for filling water reservoir, and not exceptionally noisy. Would highly recommend this coffeemaker.
