This is a replacement for the exact same model we have used for years. I couldn't have been more pleased than when I found that it was still available. It has all the features we need, and no unnecessary extras.Easy to use and coffee comes out HOT.

So far, so good. It has been so long since we last purchased a coffee pot that I was taken aback at the price and it is a tad large for our needs but the coffee is wonderful. I like the Bold option. And, I can hardly wait till the light goes on to tell me that it needs to be cleaned....automatically...Yeah! My other pot was so old and so difficult to clean. I am happy to be hands free with anything these days. We are so happy with our purchase. I would recomment this to everyone. I would be surprised if anyone would be disappointed. I am sure you will be very pleased.

Cone design gives us the stronger coffee we love & 14 cup capacity is great. Only drawback is awkward and overly complicated timer setting.

We had an older model of the same machine and were quite happy with the performance. This is a new design and has a couple of flaws. When you flip the top up to add water and coffee, the condensation from the prior carafe, drips down all other the counter. The top flap also doesn't fold back far enough to allow you to pour more water in without dripping it all over the counter. Also the top on the carafe drips as you're pouring a cup of coffee. We replaced the old coffeemaker because it leaked all over the counter. Poor design changes...

While this makes great coffee and has a great look this is the second replacement sent to me in less than a year. The customer service people were friendly and eager to take of me, but it leaves me without coffee for a up to a week. Same failure both times, it just stopped heating.

I purchased this coffee maker as an upgrade to an old Mr. Coffee. The Cuisinart offered a larger 14-cup capacity, better appearance, plus bold flavor option, cleaning button, water filter, and heating element options. The only option it doesn't offer is a choice of heating times; it heats for the standard two hours. I work around this by simply turning the machine off and back on for another two hours. I love the wide-mouth carafe, which is easier to clean, and the larger spray. This machine makes delicious coffee and looks great on my countertop. I highly recommend it!
