We love our new coffee maker. One question however. It makes a lot of rumbling, growling noise while brewing. Is this normal? Everything seems to be working normal except for that. The coffee is great as well.

I’m very disappointed in this coffee maker. It’s difficult to fill water into the opening because the top does not go backwards. Also, the water level indicator is on the right side which is awkward to see. I bought this one to replace my 12 cup model because the carafe holder had become damaged. I’m really sorry that I bought it and should have returned it right away. The store won’t take it back now because I already recycled the packaging. I would not recommend this model.

My old coffee pot took almost 30" to brew 6 cups despite monthly cleaning. I researched for a faster brew and decided on this 14 cup Cuisinart. It now takes less than 5 minutes! Very pleased.
My only negative comment is to make a flip up lid on the pot, not a snap on.
