This is my second coffeemaker of the same model. I loved the first one and hope that this will be just as good. Excellent coffee, stays extra hot for 4 hours, and very user friendly. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, because the heating plate corroded on my first unit. I think this was because the plate was not completely dry prior to brewing (sometimes water would drip onto the plate), causing the plate to burn over time. I am trying to be sure that the plate is completely dry before brewing, so that this coffeemaker will last longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money when you follow the directions to clean and sanitize and the very next day it registers it needs cleaning .
Also, the coffee is super slow to brew. Takes about 10 minutes to brew only 6 cups.
