I did alot of research to replace our coffee pot of 10 years and ended up with this one and couldn't be happier. Its a newer model of our old coffee pot which was great until it died.
Only complaint I have is that when you open the top all the condensation drips down the back and gets our countertop wet. One other minor issue is the brightness of the display. I wish it could be dimmed.

Being left handed it is hard to pour water in on the right side. If you pour it on the left side it could splash everywhere .

Only issue is coffee grounds will overflow into the carafe. Will not notice it until you drink your cup and bottom of it will be full of grounds. And no am not putting too much in before brewing. Have been cutting back on amount of coffee to put in basket but have yet to find the sweetspot. Coffee does taste great.

Love our new Cuisinart, which replaced our old model. It gets the coffee plenty hot so that my half and half doesn't cool it down too much. I usually make 3-4 cups at a time, so pressing the 1-4 cups button gets the flavor just right.
