Not user friendly. Have to pull it out from under kitchen cabiners to lift lid. Hard to pour the water in. Water on counter when finnally finnished messing around.

This coffee pot is a horrible design, lift the lid in the morning to make coffee and condensation runs off the lid and down the back of the unit and water pools on the counter. Coffee runs out when you pour it from the pot. Spend the money on something else.

The auto start, keep warm and auto off is a game changer when you WFH M-F on a regular basis. The bold option enables you to make your morning cup extra strong and it never tastes water down like some of the other competitors. I highly recommend for anyone who is always in a rush or have meetings lined up back to back and don't have the time to manually make a slow drop cup.
