This is the 3rd time I have purchased this make of coffee maker. Each one has died about 2 to 3 years into the usage. The problem with the previous ones, is that it would brew only about 1/5 pot and then signal that it was finished. If left on, it would finally finish brewing after almost 2 hours of leaving it on. I could turn off and turn back on multiple times to finish in about 45 minutes to an hour. The heating element to keep the coffee hot was working fine. I'm hoping that this coffeemaker will make it past 3 years before the same thing happens.

Easy to set up and use. It looks great on the counter and brews a delicious cup of coffee every day. This was bought for an air bnb and I haven’t had a complaint or question come in about it. Very pleased with my purchase. It’s a quality product.

Hard to transfer water into reservoir. The lid doesn’t go back far enough to pour using my right hand. Great if left handed. Start a bit slower than expected. It makes a clicking sound when reheating the base. Works fine and looks good.

We have stayed away from drip coffee makers for many years due to basket overflow issues. The triangle basket and reusable filter are a great combination and we have not had any problems so far. The "bold brew" button is a welcome feature. The 14 cup carafe is an adequate amount for our morning consumption.
