The coffee made from this pot has been very good. It is easy to set up each day and programming as worked flawlessly. It is a good looking coffeemaker on our counter. When we first started using it, the pot pulled out and back in just fine, but the longer we have it, it seems to get caught (just like other coffeemakers that we have had) on the button on the bottem of the basket and you have to move it around until it goes in. The outside of the maker does show streaks, and it needs to be wiped off regularly.

This was a gift to replace an old Krups coffeemaker. We love this product...easy to use, not overly noisy. Coffee comes out great!
