This is my 2nd Cuisinart automatic coffee maker. I loved the first one so I wanted another Cuisinart to replace it. However, this 14 cup one leaves water from the condensation all over the counter when you open the lid to fill the unit....my other Cuisinart did not do this. It's the only thing I do not like about this coffee maker.

My husband an I tried the K-Cup coffee, but we just love a big pot of freshly brewed coffee in the morning. The features on the Cuisinart 14 cup Coffeemaker are just wonderful. The coffee stays hot, but not coffee shop hot which is too much for me. I want a sip as soon as it's poured, not 15 minutes later.
