I bought this a month and a half ago and am very happy. Easy to use there is a auto set which I always use and the coffee is very hot and the warming

Bought his to replace the cheap B&D unit we've had. Plastic can only take heat so long before warping and causing issues. Decided to invest in quality and longevity. This machine has been flawless, looks great, and our coffee even tastes better. May be because of the gold screen filter instead of paper but we've found that same amount we use to use for 12 cups now makes 14 better tasting cups! Can not say one negative thing about this coffee maker!
