My 2nd new Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker, first of All we like hot coffee and set at hot however coffee is not hot and just received this new replacement 1 month ago and the coffee glass pot holder gets stained quickly and basket inside the top of coffee maker the mesh strainer is already darkened even though I use coffee filters in there and can't get it cleaned. Very disappointed in this new coffee maker.

I like my Cuisineart coffeemaker and this is my 3rd or 4th one but the quality is not very good. I replaced my previous one with a new one because the tank was leaking. The filter basket on the new one broke and Cuisinart sent me a replacement then the control panel could not keep the right time. So they told me to return it to the store. I purchased a new one at a different store and this one is still working.

We ordered the Cuisinart coffee maker model DCC-3200P1 for a great price and it was promptly delivered. 4 pots of coffee later the CLEAN light was on and the programming failed. We contacted Cuisinart and returned to defective machine. Less than a week after we shipped the broken one, a new one arrived in the mail. Great service! 4 pots of coffee later the CLEAN light is on again. The programming still works, but the CLEAN light is annoying (bright LED light that is remains illuminated 24/7). Not sure what's wrong, but it seems endemic to this model coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
