Off features. I think the reservoir for the water is too narrow. It makes pouring water in there a challenge and I can’t get it all out from the pot when pouring.
That is my biggest complaint and since I have to do it every day, it’s one of the reasons why I rated it low.

I'm really pleased with this coffee maker. On the pricey side but very easy to use and easy to clean. Brews great coffee. I like the 14-cup size. Only down-side is it's pretty noisy when heating the water.

Purchased specifically for adjustable temp of warming plate. We have it set on low and the coffee is scalding. Adding ice cubes to drink. Can’t imagine what high setting is like. It is also hard to slide the pot in sometimes...you have to fool with it to position just right or it catches at top. We have had the brew cycle stop completely after using pause feature. Had to restart it a few times. Seems like too many issues for a pot that is brand new! Would not buy again and the price was just okay.

I bought this Cuisinart to replace another brand. I am definitely very happy with its features, especially the automatic start time that I can use. It also brews the coffee at a hot temperature and not lukewarm like other coffee makers.
