i've had this maker for about 4 weeks and so far it has performed wonderfully. it didn't take long to adjust amount of coffee per cup from old maker. definitely hot when you choose that option. takes about 10 to 11 minutes to brew 10 cup batch. not sure if the bolder makes it bolder or not as we drink ours bold anyways so noticed no difference there. have not used the other options available but enjoy being able to make more then 4 mugs of coffee at once. we pour our coffee in to preheated thermos so no comment on warmer plate. overall i would recommend this maker

I don't know why I didn't try the Cuisinart coffee maker long before now. I had purchased other brands that were rated high only to find out that they didn't brew GREAT coffee. Then I found Cuisinart....this coffee maker makes the best coffee that I have brewed in years. Keep up the great quality in making this product. I am a forever fan.

Consistently took over 10 minutes to make 4 cups, it would take half an evening to make the full 14 cups. It didn’t work for me.

This 14, not 12, cup coffee pot is great. Has a water filter, let's you know when it needs to be cleaned and has backlighted buttons. Most importantly is the great coffee it brews...even has a "bold" button to brew a bolder pot of coffee. This beats the others hands down.
