I have only had to buy 3 coffee pots in the last 20 yrs and they get used every day, sometimes all day! All have been Cuisinart coffee pots. This is the reason why I have bought this latest coffee pot and so far I have not been disappointed. Love all of Cusinart kitchen appliances. The design is clean and easy to use and they have always outlasted any other brand I have ever had.

I was very disappointed in this coffee maker. My Braun had had went out and I thought I'd try something new. Yours offered the same features with a larger carafe. I decided to give it a try. The coffee was very weak, even when put on the bold setting. I returned it and purchased another Braun.

We needed a new coffee maker and this one had the features we wanted. We don't need the 14cup feature but the next size down didn't have the clear carafe so we opted for the larger version. The options fit our needs -thank you!

Since the water measurement is on the right side in order to fill it one must pull it out, turn it sideways, pour water holding the pitcher with your left hand to make it possible to monitor the water level. And, if you are over 60 or don’t have your glasses on, good luck as reading the small leter level markings is impossible as they are to small. I would recommend this for left-handed coffee drinkers.
