I bought this coffee maker one month ago. We are using the programmable feature so the coffee is ready when we get up. What I really like about the coffee maker is that you can set the temperature of the coffee. I like it hot, and when I place that feature on H, it delivers. Perfect. The only negative is when you lift the lid of the coffee maker to remove the grounds, condensed water drips down the back.

Just needed a drip coffee maker with no bells and whistles. Only items be able to program it and heat of the pot. Time and programming easy set up and 3 levels of heat L M and H. Leave mine on M and coffee stays warm in a cup for 15 minutes.

filter is a little difficult to put back together and set in place . also top of carafe does not flip up although I' m getting use to this and find this can be a plus . it wold be better if the clock and controls were angle toward to consumer . also the cord is way to short , should be 6 feet !
