Purchased this to replace a 15 year old workhorse that we put out to pasture. The new unit makes great coffee and keeps the contents hot while not burning the coffee. We are very satisfied and hope that the unit lasts years!

We replaced our coffee maker we had used every morning for the last 11 years. All of a sudden one morning something broke on the lid that allowed the water to come up and drain into the coffe ground basket. Never had any issues until then. It just wore out. Took a while to find a 14-cup replacement but finally did. So happy too as we feel the coffee maker makes the best coffee ever! Love it.

I’ve had this same brand coffeemaker for years.....it finally bit the dust, after years of use. I tried another brand....it was short lived.....I went back to this coffeemaker. It stays hot, makes awesome coffee!

I purchased this to replace a ninja that lasted only until its warranty expiration. This is a 14 cup, which was the only Cuisinart on hand at my local store. I don't understand the 14 cup capacity, when the grounds basket is incapable of handling the grounds required for 14 cups. This unit makes a average quality cup of coffee.
