I bought the new Copper model. I like the look but it’s not as coppery as the pictures. I like the 14 cup size and the added feature that eliminates most of the water from running down the back unlike the old models. It makes good coffee. I’d buy another one.

I bought this to replace Ninja Coffee Bar. I have it about 3 weeks and totally love it. I love the fact that it makes enough coffee for company. When using the Ninja, I had to make 2 to 3 pots because of the small 8 cup carafe. I like the feature of different temperature settings for the heating plate. I have to say I enjoy the taste of the coffee so much better since owning this coffee maker. I have nothing bad to say about it. It's fantastic and I love it.

I like the quality of coffee I get from this machine, nice and hot, unlike most home automatic coffee makers. However, I bought this machine to replace an older Cuisinart that had reached the end of its life, which had been trouble free. The new worked fine but the light indicating it needed to be decalcified/cleaned turned on the very first brew cycle. I thought this was odd given that it was a new machine. I ran the cycle a couple of times (as outlined in the manual) but the light stayed on. I returned the machine for another and that one did not have an issue with the decalcification/cleaning light. After brewing coffee for about a week on this machine, I noticed the "Bold" brew button wouldn't always turn on when I wanted it to. I'm going to live with it for the moment, but I'm annoyed at yet another "hiccup" with this coffee maker.
