My original Coffee maker broke after 13 months. Cuisinart replaced it very quickly after I sent them pictures of my old coffeemaker. I am so glad they stood by their warranty and will buy other Cuisinart items in the future.

Makes great coffee, aesthetically pleasing. Design flaw that if the pot is not placed perfectly under basket it will not drain. It then overflows and causes a mess. I now wait until the brewing starts and adjust pot if need be. Currently shopping for a different coffee maker.

I replaced my previous Cuisinart because it rusted on the bottom from leaking and actually damaged my countertop. Now, this Cuisinart is doing the same thing.

Coffe is fine. Unit is larger than I invisioned, therefore need sufficient counter space. I agree with other reviewers that the coffee completed brew beep is way loud and steam coming out the back when coffee is brewing is excessive. Need to pull it out away from overhead cabinets to prevent damage.

This coffeemaker makes great coffee. I like the look of it on my counter. The only thing I do not like is the design of the water fill. There is only one opening to fill the coffee and the water which is not convenient. Most have two separate openings
