I've been using the maker for about a month now. A few days to get the right grind and quantity of grounds necessary but we're at perfection now. Great tasting coffee, great quality coffee maker, solid construction. Only peeves are the separating carafe lid design which is tricky to snap into place correctly (we know you've heard that from thousands of other customers), and the small area in which to fill the water reservoir- as the lid sticks straight up when open, one has to turn and rotate the carafe as you pour the water into the reservoir or it hits the lid and spills the water, often into the area where you put the coffee grinds. This requires one to remove the filter and basket assembly, drain and dry it, then reinstall it prior to adding the grinds. Otherwise they will remain soggy overnight, ruining the coffee.

Very happy with new coffee pot. Love the ability to make 14 cups if needed. Basket for grounds keep me from having to but paper filters. Option for Bold Brew is nice too.

I bought this coffee maker about a month ago. It has great features. I like to be able to see the water level which I couldn't with my previous version. This coffeemaker produces great tasting coffee and I like how you have the option to make the carafe plate hotter, or the coffee more bold. I had the previous version of this coffeemaker for many years and am happy with the upgrades this new version provides. I would recommend it.
