Purchased on March 31, 2018. I enjoy a strong cup of hot coffee. I use the bold button and set the carafe temperature on high. My coffee is strong and hot just the way I like it.

I can not get the lid on the carafe to snap shut. When I pour myself a cup of coffee the back of the lid that should snap shut flys open
