This coffeemaker is great! It brews tasty coffee fast and is easy to clean. We have the glass carafe in order to see the volume of coffee left. And, last but not least, there is no drippage during pouring.

Stupid machine talks/makes noise while brewing

I bought this to replace same model that I broke because I loved it so much. BUT This is the noisiest coffee maker I have owned since the 70s. Complete opposite of my last (same model #)

Works well and the programming feature is a help when you have guests that get up earlier than you do. One issue we have is that when we try to make 14 cups, the grounds can overflow the filter and get into the carafe so we have to limit the water level to less that 12 cups.

Very noisy while brewing. Huge plumes of hot steam spurt out the top when opened after brewing. Ready tone is extremely loud and can’t be turned down, only off. Disappointed and liked my old model better.
