I bought this, not sure if I would like it. But it has met and exceeded my expectations. It leaves the coffee hot hot hot. Love that!!! After a couple months, still working great We make 1-4 pots per day.

It is a tall machine with some good features. I like the four-cup feature . Who really makes fourteen cups regularly? I actually put it away and brought out my old Krups because this one is just too tall for my counters which are normal heights.

I love a great cup of coffee. It starts with excellent coffee beans ground to a perfection! Lastly you need is a reliable and consistent coffeemaker. I have been using a Cuisinart Coffeemaker for several years now, not because they make the best coffee. To past my taste test it has to be hot, not bitter or acidic, but rich like chocolate. When guest come over they always remark how good it tastes. What's the secret they ask? Its great beans and great grind and a great coffeemaker. Thank you Cuisinart for making my morning coffee perfect every time! I know I sound like a commercial...LOL. But my statements are genuine and true. I have one suggestion for the coffeemaker design it would help to have a larger opening to pour the water in. Thats it - a minor matter. OVERALL RATING: Excellent!!!!
