I do not like it. My former Cuisinart coffee maker was a Thermal but it began to malfunction so I bought the 14 cup model.

Love this coffee maker. Like it is 14 cup. Once I purchased the correct coffee filter did not have any trouble with coffee grounds going over into to coffee pot.

New and the coffee is not kept hot in the pot. Over time this problem gets worse, until you have to replace the entire unit. This effect has happened on all of these coffee makers we have had. We like it because of the 14 cup feature.

The product is excellent with the exception of the heating pad. The paint or whatever is used has chipped away
