This was a Christmas present to us. Did the research and this model was consistently scored high. Easy to use and good placement of the controls. Only issue we had was self induced. We didn't realize you have to press down until you hear a click on the inner coffee filter holder and the water over flowed. Not sure why that is set up like that but it is. I noticed that trying to use at full capacity can be a bit of a problem but we usually only brew around 8 cups anyway.

I like it! It was a gift; we needed a new pot. It makes great coffee; the carafe is a nice large size, it has a timer and turns off automatically. The only thing I don't like is the way the carafe pours when adding the water. It always tends to drip! I can't figure out why because I don't have that issue when pouring a cup of coffee. My husband says it's the angle of pouring and actually uses another pitcher to fill the coffeemaker.

I bought this machine to replace a very elderly one by another manufacturer. I appreciate the digital display, the Bold and 1-4 Cup settings, and the ease of use. It took some experimentation to discover how many scoops of coffee I needed for the number of cups I usually make, but the results have been more than satisfactory.

I like the features on this coffeeemaker. The push buttons on the front make it easy to operate. It's nice to have a couple of extra cups with the 14 cup carafe opposed to a 12 cup carafe. It looks nice on the counter, and blends in nicely with my other appliances. I can't think of anything that I don't like. The only reason that I didn't give it five stars is because I have only had it for six months.

I bought this coffeemaker to replace my old Cuisinart that was over 6 years old. I was so impressed that this brand performed like a charm day after day for all that time that I wanted to buy another Cuisinart. My previous model had a hot water dispenser that we rarely used, so when I saw this model without a hot water I was happy to regain the counter space again. My old one eventually started leaking water but it held up like a champ for over 6 years. Love the “bold” brew feature and the carafe temp features. We’re admitted coffee snobs so this machine had to meet our needs for more than an ordinary cup of coffee. It does! Highly recommend. It’s also a pretty and classy stainless steel.
