Powerful motor that can handle thick cookie dough. Only comes with one bowl so recipe needing beaten egg whites that are added to other ingredients later requires transfer of egg whites to a “holding” bowl and cleaning of the mixer bowl before proceeding. Second smaller mixer bowl would be nice but seems there is only one size mixer bowl.
