I am very pleased with this mixer. I've mixed cakes, cookies, bread, and whipped egg whites and cream. The beaters attach easily with the spring loaded mechanism. I like the feature of the tilted head that locks in place when it's lifted or engaged in mixing. The bowl is large enough that batter and flour doesn't escape while the mixer is running. The batters are mixed evenly. I feel this was a great purchase!

This is a fabulous mixer. It’s large and quite powerful and it makes kneading bread super easy. The instruction book it came with is also excellent and has some great recipes. Highly recommend.
