I absolutely love my mixer. I've used it twice now and don't have any serious complaints. I would recommend using a rubber spatula to scrape the bottom of the bowl to ensure all ingredients are incorporated. I assumed the paddle attachment would get everything bt it didn't. I ended up with lumps of cream cheese in the bottom of the bowl.
