I couldn't be happier with my Cuisinart stand mixer - I'm aware that it's only a 'starter' level - but it does absolutely everything I want it to do. And it does those things smoothly, easily, dependably, and without a hitch. I've been making do with really junk appliances, waiting to get a KitchenAid Pro, but I finally decided to go with this starter level Cuisinart and stop waiting for a decent mixer. I love the whisk, the paddle - and the dough hook works brilliantly! I also really appreciate the ability to raise the arm on the mixer, which makes adding ingredients a remarkably easy no mess step. The bowl cover is terrific to keep dry ingredients from spraying out - the only thing that I would nit pick about (and it really is nit picking) is the cover pour spout to add add ingredients isn't really that conveniently designed. But, it's certainly easy enough to slide it off and add ingredients!

Love it! Works great. I got a less than a month ago and I have already been making bread with it. The only thing I hope for the future is that Cuisinart decides to make a glass bowl to go with it.

This is my first stand mixer I have owner and I am obsessed! I do all my baking and cooking in this mixer! Very easy to use! Cleaning is super easy and taking the attachments off are a breeze! I have purchased so many different mixers over the years and finally decided to get me a stand mixer! I should have done this years ago!

Overall an excellent mixer, one negative point though. I feel that when it comes to reaching the sides and bottom of the bowl, the paddle just misses the mark. Other than that, its powerful, easy to use and good for bread doughs.

I absolutely love this mixer! I have now used it with every mixer attachment and it works really well. I did find some difficulty using the dough hook both times i tried it. First for cinnamon rolls, second for bread. Both times i found the dough clumping and sticking to the sides, so i had to stop the mixer more frequently to readjust and scrape the sides of the bowl. The dough still turned out, so it was more of a minor inconvenience. Overall, i am very happy.
