I've always wanted a stand mixer. I do a lot of cooking and baking and always used a hand mixer.
I bought the Cuisinart Stand Mixer and used it Super Bowl Sunday to make special cookies.
No more mess and easy to clean.
BTW cookies were delicious.

This replaces my old Jenn-Aire mixer that couldn't handle much over 3 cups of flour, and started burning up and smoking. This one looks good on the counter, and doesn't even get warm when mixing bread dough, and I like the fact that there's enough room around the sides to get a spatula in there to scrape the sides. I am very pleased with this mixer and highly recommend it, especially for those who bake a lot of breads.

Since the purchase of the 5.5-Quart Stand Mixer I really enjoy the ease of operation plus its easy to change beaters. While the mixer is in operation and the splash shield in place, its easy to add ingredients, also cleaning is a snap. So, bottom line, I'm thrilled with the mixer.
