I wanted this mixer because the Sunbeam Mixmaster that I had did not have enough power but I did not want a Kitchenaid because it was too heavy. I have made several things in the Cuisinart Mixer at this point and I am very happy with the performance. It is a little strange to me that the bowl doesn’t turn (like with the Sunbeam) but the paddle does an excellent job of mixing the ingredients. It also is very powerful—I’d put it right up there with the Kitchenaid. Overall, I really love it.

Simple to use. The burr grinder is terrific, though it would be nice to have adjustable settings. Some may find the grind a bit coarse, but that’s our only quibble. Easy to use, produces a cup quicker and hotter than the Keurig it replaced. Doesn’t take a lot of counter space, and the price is right, too. All in all a great coffeemaker.
