The first time I used this product was making buttercream icing, ease of operation, the only thing I did not like was you have to lift the head of mixer up to scrape the sides of bowl, a minor inconvenience.
I had a s.beam mixer that lasted me 35 years finally quit working and another that lasted 2 years
and was done with that brand. Hoping this will be my last mixer to purchase.
