Very unhappy. The alarm when finished is unusually loud and when you open and shut the door it's noisy metal on metal. I previously had a Black and Decker and I thought Cuisinart woyld be an upgrade but it is not. I also purchased in November a single serve coffee maker and have also been disappointed. The hottest setting is not hot enough and that's the main reason I choose this machine and it's difficult to pull down the lever which makes alot of noise as does the pump. I have had Keurig's in the past and wanted a change but am not happy.

I normally use for toast. Works well with 3 issues: the beeping is loud & annoying, the metal rack is bent on the 1 side and if using the top rack for baking it is difficult to see without ooening door.
