Wonderful Name Badges

These are so much better than the "shipping" labels I had been using! They are VERY easy to separate -- whether on the sheet, or as individual labels. They print up like a dream. And, they stay on most clothing!

Easy On/Easy Off

Whenever I plan an event, I always use these labels! They never ruin your clothes and stay put for the entire event. Whether you write on them with marker or print them from a copier, they always look great.

I recently had to make name badges for a work event. The Avery brand worked great. I had tried another brand, which did not fit in my printer, and they were more expensive. The templates were great. I added my logo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please bring back the old style

I used to LOVE the Avery 5395 name badges- I print hundreds at a time, and they were very easy to use. I could easily punch them out. However, the latest batch of name tags is perforated and this makes them much harder to use! They are useless. Sometimes they rip or the edges are jag-get, I have to take more time to reprint. I guess Avery wants to put out a cheaper product at the higher cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THE NEW LABELS ARE HORRIBLE

Avery recently switched from a "Peel-Away" design to a perforated design. Although the box still says Peel Away design. The new labels are difficult to remove and just not the same quality as they once were. A change not for the better in my opinion. I have been told that the Aver 45395 use the Peel Away design and I will be trying them for my next event. Avery, you really have taken a step backwards with this change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They take two or three times as long to punch out (which makes a difference when you are doing hundreds of name badges) and they look much worse, often tearing. I do not think it is fair to sell a lower quality product for the same price.

I was very impressed with the way the name tags are perforated. I'd read some reviews that mentioned they were harder to work with, but I found them VERY easy and attractive. We don't use them a lot, but when we do, it's nice to be able to break them apart smoothly,,. It was very easy to get the name tag off the backing with no problems. We will definitely use them again.
