I was impressed with the sound quality and comfort.
easy to set up.
I took one star away because I was not allowed to go very far in my building before sound cut out. My old set allowed me to go down 2 flights of stairs this cut out after one flight of stairs.
Also not impressed with the bass controls. Only one setting. thought there was more to chose from.
delivery was quick package came in tact. lots of emails from seller.
sound is great and clear however can't move around outside my condo.

You can’t go wrong with Sennheiser headphones !

Being a devoted fan of all Sennheiser products. especially headphones & earbuds, I was amazed when I had a chance to hold this model for the first time and listen to the way they play. It’s something incredible, I start hearing every little sound which you missed before. I’ve spotted this headset long time ago shortly it were released, but the price like for all professional Sennheiser products was skyrocketing and simply couldn’t afford to buy it. Looked like that my dream would never come true, but when I saw the offer for the refurbished Sennheiser at a more than reasonable price I couldn’t believe my eyes. And I immediately place the order, which initially said that the item will be delivered right to my door in a week.
Here it’s needed to note, that it’s my second refurbished product from Best Buy ( last year I bought IPad Pro 12.9’’), so I had no doubts that it’s in excellent condition when I’ve read it in the description. Nevertheless, when it was delivered right to my door at the above mentioned day in a week since I placed the order, I’ve started unpacking the headset, the original box was in a perfect condition and I felt that I was unboxing a brand new item, which basically I’ve found inside. The whole headset + transmitter recharching tower look like new without any visible imperfections! It was a feeling of the brand new device with even distinctfull scent of factory outlet!
The Best Buy electronics specialists have made a great job, which I really appreciate!!!
The set up according to the instructions manual diagram was pretty easy, and I put on charge 2 AAA rechargeable batteries which low capacity leaves much room for improvement. Just go for a large ( 1200 m/Ah) capacity in order to spend less time for recharging the headset.
I would like to note that so far my experience regarding purchasing refurbished products on Best Buy platform have been just positive and I’m looking forward to finding a right moment to place an order for refurbished and in excellent condition 55’’ OLED TV set.
And I would like to thank again Best Buy technicians for the job perfectly done as well as all logistics experts for shipping and delivery ( from USA).

Fantastic for Movies

Was surprised at the quality of is refurbishment; seems like new even if the box was maybe a bit dirty. The sound is utterly fantastic and the battery life before recharge is respectable. I do prefer these to my television speakers for sure.

I would not have purchased a refurbished unless directly from Sennheiser. I am not disappointed. It was obvious the instructions and power cord had been used, but as for the headphones these seemed brand new (plastic and all). Difference in price well worth it (but 1 year warranty instead of 2).
As for the quality of the product, for my use these are way better than my old rs 160 (and I still love them). They fit tighter (needed a couple of days to get use to this), hence less leakage, almost like noise cancelling. The only down side to this (and It took me some time to figure it out), sometimes I use these headphones with quasi perfect sound for hours and other times (could be same moment of the day/same place), I get many micro-cuts. At first I thought these were interferences from other signals wifi etc (rs is sensible to other signals). But after extensive tests I came to the conclusion that my signal and or 6 year old cable box are responsible. Any imperfection in the signal will be heard with these headphones. As they say: garbage in, garbage out.
To conclude, you will better appreciate these headphones if your use is limited to the transmitter area, as depending on your house configuration the reach of the signal is variable. Also, give yourself some time to get use to the volume bottons as they are to close to the bass and surround bottons (easily press the wrong one). For my needs the bass is more than sufficient, as for the surround I don't really hear the surround effect.
These headphones are not perfect (which ones are?), but overall I am very satisfied with the product.

Just arrives , open box, marked Refurbished. Plug in adapter wire for transmitter , crimped wire.
Both Head phone L & R wear and tear on plastic housing.
I do not know how old? How long Previously used, wear and tear. NOT EXCELLENT CONDITION AS DESCRIBED. I have not yet tried to use as I need to charge batteries for 16 hours as per instructions/

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with these headphones. Even though they’re refurbished, they arrived in excellent condition and look practically new. The sound is clear, powerful, and really brings movies and music to life. The wireless connection is solid, and they’re super comfortable to wear for long stretches. For the price, this was a fantastic buy — definitely worth it.
