I used the Momentum 2 over-ear headphones for years and the Momentum 4 are next level. This time, I tried refurbished as they're supplied directly from Sennheiser, backed by the same warranty as all Sennheiser products, and with a remarkable discount. I reached out to the Sennheiser team for support and they responded early in the morning, late in the evening, and made me a convert to refurbished products from Sennheiser. 5/5 headphones. 5/5 support.
