The unit is well built and saves counter space. It was a hit in our breakroom and the water was comparable to bottled water (no chlorine taste). Our unit did experience an issue, but the customer service from Kyle W. was by far the best I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, meticulous, and continually followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. The unit was deemed defective, therefore the warranty was honored with a very reasonable lead time. All equipment is subject to malfunction, but due to the Kyle W's customer service I will continue to utilize Avalon products without hesitation, knowing that they have a customer service team that excels in what they do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We haven't installed the unit yet but just from taking it out of the box I can tell it is high quality in terms of the build. Which is reassuring because the photos online never showed an up close and definitive look. But for sure this machine is very nicely built. I am very excited to get it installed and working and have an endless supply of clean hitcold water!!
