so far so good. got the item yesterday and the installation instruction is quite frustrating. not so good if you are not a technician. if only your instruction manual is more detailed, the installation process will NOT be so frustrating.

stopped working no water from hot or cold after one year of light. Use no support by phone. You have to email the company and wait for a reply back.
