DO NOT BUY - FAILED IN 14 MONTHS OF LIGHT USE

Filled with ice 14 months after i put it into operation. Contacted tech support, they had me buy new filters. Then they told me the unit had failed and was out of warranty and instulted me with an offer to take 15% off a new one. Thanks AVALON, you suck!

Overall I'm very happy with this product. I love the convenience of it, the cold is very cold and the hot is very hot. Two things I don't care for is the size and the taste of the cold water. I drink a lot of water & the taste could be better.
