Defective keys, returning second set

I use the discontinued Microsoft Sculpt version at work and it's perfect. The Incase version is the same design but I'm returning the second set after finding defective keys on both. The keyboard in the first set had a physically defective key (not easily pressed down), and the second one often does not register two keys. Not sure if I will try another set as there are a lot of negative reviews due to poor quality control. The mouse works well and the ergonomics are good, so it's really too bad they couldn't reproduce the quality of the original Microsoft one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
