Great pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this it was my first cast iron pot to cook in I had never any cast iron before so my mother in law showed me that I had to season the pot with oil before using I'm sure glad she was there I have cooked soups and mac n cheese in it several times I'm going to take it camping when I go I can use it on a grill as well as an open fire I will be sure to purchase cast iron cooking in future can use anywhere

How Things Should Be Made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately got a good feeling the second I picked up this package when it was mailed. It was a small box, but it felt like it weighed twenty times what I expected. I used it the night I got it and it's by far the best thing I've cooked with. It's dense, heavy and very very high quality. It has good surface, food doesn't stick. I want to get a set of different sizes to make tomato sauce and other things. This holds heat in like nothing you ever used. I promise you that you will love this. There is not one bad thing I can think of. Some might say the weight but I think that is also a huge plus. You aren't gonna accidentally hit this and spill anything or have it fall. The handles are nice.
Everything about this design is perfect. It's a masterpiece and I don't use that term lightly. This is how pots used to be made. This is old school quality. If you camp this is perfect to use at a campfire or anywhere. What a great piece of work.

It is on the heavier side compared to my other cast iron products but it is much better quality. Love the way this thing cooks and is very easy to clean. Lid and pouring spout work perfectly. Would buy more in other sizes in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This very nicely made 1 quart castiron pot is just what I needed! So far I have used the pot to heat soup and to keep my favorite bar-b que sauce warm while I'm cooking outdoors. It has a lid that fits nicely and a pour spout. I really enjoy cooking with cast iron and this is a very nice addition to my home. youcan use it on the Stove in the Oven, Broiler, and your Grill and its already seasoned to prevent rust and its easy to clean. It's perfect for all of your small portions needs.

I have be using it in my home kitchen as well as bringing it on camping trips too. It’s the perfect size to cook beans, soups, gravies, and sauces for about 2-3 people.
