Ordred this cover on May 31st 2023, it is now Aug 6 2023 and there are no bubbles left and the pool and filter are full of round blue plastic from the cover falling apart.

The warranty process was not clear. After filling out an online claim and attaching my sales receipt, I found out I needed to send in the logo and ‘cutout' from the damaged product. This was not clearly explained in terms of…
1. What the logo was
2. What a cutout was
3. Where to send them
4. What to include (the claim number)
After a number of phone calls to Intex, it all got explained and sorted out.
Once that happened, the replacement product was received a few days later and worked as expected.

the quality of Intex Solar Covers has gone downhill every year. A cover used to last at least 2 seasons, which where I live is maybe 4 months. Last year was already falling apart within 3 months. This year, brand new cover, ripped the first time I removed and put back on the pool.

Tengo un panel solar que me calienta la piscina pero sin este cover no hubiera logrado que se mantuviera, vivimos en pennsylvania y es el segundo año con la piscina y ahora es q realmente todos la hemos disfrutado.... el precio fantastico y la calidad espectacular no me quejo para nada, la entrega normal con toda esta situacion del covid lo puedo entender...... thank you intex corp.

Set up to cover Intex pool last year for one months use then stored it for fall. This summer used it and after the first month, it completely fell apart. It seemed thinner that the one I had for 2 years. Wish i would have kept the old one... Email Intex and they gave me the generic "oh - sorry but we cant replace" -- very disappointed in Intex as a company. They lost any future business from me.

Absolutely horrible! It didn't even last a season! The bubbles started to come off in the pool and completely disintegrated! We were so careful with it and it ended up just shredding into pieces and the company wouldn't do anything!
