Great quality doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this Ken doll. He is such good quality and the details are great! These dolls are a great opportunity to teach your child about differences and they learn that even with differences they can still play just the same! I can't wait to see more Ken dolls represented. However I would also like to see better Ken outfits, I feel like the clothes are either kind of outrageous or he's going to the beach so some more everyday looks would be great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful teaching experience!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Ken doll! I used it as a teaching tool for my young daughter. When she opened it, she asked if he had sunburn. It was a wonderful conversation about individuals being different and acceptance of everyone's differences. She carried on playing with her barbies and included this doll and lovs him all the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Ken fashionista comes with a blue Malibu tank and pink shorts and of course a pair of slides on his feet. He also has a skin coloration disorder. He is fun to play with and good for children to see that not everyone is the same.

Wonderful for family discussion

She was very understanding and asked questions. I am very pleased that Barbie has all of these dolls with different looks as they allow questions and discussions with the family.

My Son LOVES This! I LOVE this!

Ken has skin issues and when my son saw this Ken did as well, he was amazed! He said, “Mom, he looks like me!!!” Its amazing to see how our children's toys are being made to fit every day people and not just one specific type! Recommend, hands down!

A Wonderful Ken Doll. Great Way To Teach Your Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loved her Barbie Ken Fashionistas Doll #192. While it's similar to most Barbie Ken dolls she has already, she loved his outfit especially and thought it was perfect for the beach! So adorable when she said it. (Goes Perfectly With Her Barbie Beach House!) But what makes this doll particularly enjoyable as a parent is because with this version of Ken, he has a skin condition called "Vitiligo". I was waiting for her to ask about his unique skin color so I could explain it to her in a way to satisfy her curiosity in the best possible way. This is a great way for a parent to explain people's differences in a fun and educational way. Thanks MATTEL for making a BARBIE KEN doll like this! Made it so easy to approach the subject with her. She has a level of understanding regarding this skin condition she normally wouldn't. As a parent, that's so important. Beautifully done Mattel!

A ken doll that helps educate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter opened the ken doll today in her playroom. The first thing she noticed were the white splotches all over him. So my wife educated her on how some people are born different and explained that doesn't change who they are as a person. My granddaughter hasn't stopped playing with the ken doll since she's opened it. I really like how mattel has came up with the dolls such as this one to help educate our youth on how everyone is different. There is no dislikes whatsoever.
