Excellent Bidet!!

This is my 4th BioBidet and I must say that this model is the best by far. I have issues with my lower gastrointestinal tract and my bidet is not a luxury, but a requirement. When I am constipated the gentle water flow massage helps stimulate movement. When I have other issues, the gentle cleansing and ability to adjust temperatures of the toilet seat and the water give welcome relief.
It is worth every penny spent for the quality of the product! Highly recommended for family and friends.

I’ve used my B 2000 for 2 yrs now and have been so impressed with the gentle cleaning and ease of use of this product. Having had hemorrhoid issues in past 5 years this product has taken the pain of harsh toilet paper use away replacing it with warm gentle adjustable spray. The remote allows the adjustment of water temperature, amount of water pressure and the fan helps dry the area so paper only used for dapping the area dry. So impressed I’ve installed it in both bathrooms.

6 years of daily family use- repair awesome

Bought this during the pandemic when the world was running out of toilet paper. Have used it daily in a family setting with great results. Installation is super easy and the unit works great. It recently stopped working after a significant move and I emailed the company and the repair and return service was remarkably easy and effective. I have a refurbished unit for about a third of the retail price and should get another several years out of it.

Every thing works...however, H20 temp is a bit too warm, and the dryer is ineffectual.

My wife has been "asking" me to install a bidet toilet seat for some time. Tomorrow is her birthday and I thought there was no better time. I wanted to be sure I purchased one that had a great rating and features I know she would appreciate, so I ordered the BB-2000.
Installation was very fast - about 45 minutes. She loves it.
