Battery drains quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this phone and by 10:30am (I unplug from charger at 7am) it's at 75%? I've tried all suggestions online and ran the tests that say normal?

My Samsung is one tough cookie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung galaxy phone is very important to everyone and everything in my house. I live & care for my 80 year old mother. I keep her medical information, her dr's appointments, and I watch her finances all through my Samsung Galaxy. About 2 months ago, while backing out at a dr's office, I ran over my phone. It didn't have any kind of cover on it. Because it was laying screen side down, only the back had been cracked. I immediately tried using it. It worked! I'm still using it. I brag about what a tough cookie my phone is.

Great everyday phone and very user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great everyday use phone and has all of the necessary tool and capabilities to get every modern day use out of the phone. Very durable. I have dropped it quite a bit and arely have scuffs. Only down side is that the battery can get drained quick if you are not paying attention to open apps and it is a bit small of you have larger fingers or are just not super tedious when typing and hitting a few letters at once like me.
