Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the laptop backpack did not meet your expectations.
We understand how important storage capacity and organization are, especially when carrying accessories such as chargers, mice, and other everyday essentials. It's disappointing when a backpack does not provide the space or functionality you were expecting based on your needs.
Your feedback regarding the backpack's capacity and overall design is valuable and will be shared with our product teams for review as we continue to improve our accessories.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for choosing Lenovo.
Regards,
Thomas, Lenovo

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the perfect laptop backpack for professionals. The backpack looks so good with any outfit. There are multiple compartments for accessories and business cards. The zippers are high quality and smooth. Love the dual compartments for the laptop and the tablet.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a high quality backpack at a reasonable price. I love the water bottle pockets, large number of compartments, and two layer pockets designed for a laptop and a tablet. It is an amazing product. Would love to see a 17-inch version of this laptop bag for carrying larger laptops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has a lot of storage options while being compact in size. Great for travel as it has the strap that hangs off of the carry on handles. We'll designed. Looking to buy another on sale.
