It's firm but the pillow top softens it up, but it's perfect for my bad back. I have tried other mattresses to get the best support for my back but this one is by far the best.

I have had this bed for 6 months and have used it a lot and it is still going strong. It is supportive and doesn't rock around. Very good.

iflex beam really works

The bed actually moves with you and you don't feel the motion of your partner. I am an engineer and am fascinated that they were able to construct this so it actually conforms and moves with you. Very comfortable mattress and is fast and easy to set up

For an airbed this bed is pretty darn comfortable. My husband and I both slept well all night. We set the firmness to really firm which we both like. Bed stayed firm all night! Pump works great too! Very Happy!

Beautyrest airbed is by far the best one I have ever tried. My folks bought us this for our travels and it beats any hotel mattress for comfort. Let's hope it lasts a good long time. It fits right back in the bag they give you for easy transport.
