This pan is amazing. Browsing in the same pan the food is cooked in is a great option. Clean up is a breeze too. I have browned, roasted, and slow cooked so far, and loved the performance of each cooking option.

I've only used it once because of a problem with the lid. (the reason for the 4 stars). I loved it and now that I have a replacement lid I plan to put the cooker to good use. Very happy with the customer service provided to take care of the defective lid.

I love this 4-and-1 Cook multimcooker. So easy to switch between functions. Love the retractable cord. The lid is see through and fits inside the pot. I have used it several times now and had amazing results with the finished cooked meal. Highly recommend!

I have had this Cook Central® 4-in-1 7QT Multicooker for many years, it is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever owned (and I have many). I would recommend it to anyone. It slow cooks, steams, roasts, sautees and browns food.

I have only had the MSC 800 a short time and love it already. I can sear my roast / meat and caramelized onions before making roasts, soups, etc. on slow cook without having to wash extra pans. it's nonstick surface is great and makes for easy clean up. My new favorite appliance. The only ideas for improvement I would be the location of the control pad. When serving drips run down onto it. I would prefer the control be placed more to one side (righ or left) as well as adding lid holder when serving. Overall I am very pleased with my new cuisinart!
